Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Hood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Thorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thorn uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hood.
Thorn takes a jab right on the kisser.
Thorn moves out of range as Hood strikes.
Thorn dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hood. That did some damage!
Hood has been working on his boxing with his coaches at LOD - Slaughterhouse in the buildup to the fight.
That kick from Thorn tenderised Hood's leg. Hood is trying to keep his angry face on.
Hood takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Thorn throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Thorn is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hood.

Hood cracks Thorn with a right hand to the side of the head.
Thorn lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hood tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Thorn tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
