The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ragnarsson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from McBonebrook finds it's way round the side to connect with Ragnarsson's head.

It looks like Bjorn Ragnarsson has been cut.
McBonebrook moves into range and connects with a jab.
McBonebrook throws a right and a left that Ragnarsson avoids nicely.
Ragnarsson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McBonebrook paws at him with a jab and circles away.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
McBonebrook blocks a punch to the side of the head.
McBonebrook stalls.
Ragnarsson stalls.
Ragnarsson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. McBonebrook smiles and moves away.
Ragnarsson throws a wild body kick that McBonebrook sees coming a mile off.
McBonebrook tries to counter by closing the distance.
McBonebrook misses with a double jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ragnarsson is looking to clinch.

McBonebrook gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Ragnarsson tries for a takedown but McBonebrook manages to get underhooks.
McBonebrook has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Ragnarsson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Ragnarsson blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

McBonebrook lands a nice uppercut.
McBonebrook's coach down at Vegas Campania was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on McBonebrook's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
A right hook to the body lands for McBonebrook.

Ragnarsson drops down looking for an ankle pick but McBonebrook pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bjorn Ragnarsson. That's going to take a lot out of him.

McBonebrook clinches up with Ragnarsson and pushes him back against the cage.
Ragnarsson is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables McBonebrook to keep the fight standing.
McBonebrook tries to score a body lock takedown but Ragnarsson shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
McBonebrook lands a nice uppercut.

McBonebrook manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
McBonebrook seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now McBonebrook is on top in guard.

McBonebrook throws an elbow that misses. Ragnarsson uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in McBonebrook's guard. Nice move by Ragnarsson!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McBonebrook wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Ragnarsson decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Ragnarsson is looking to clinch but McBonebrook is avoiding it.
Ragnarsson moves out of range as McBonebrook strikes.
McBonebrook fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A head kick misses from McBonebrook.
McBonebrook throws a low kick but it's checked well by Ragnarsson.
McBonebrook clobbers Ragnarsson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

McBonebrook fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Ragnarsson out cold! Brutal finish!
