The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Heikkinen.
Collins went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
We've been told by Collins's head coaches at Iron Fist Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Heikkinen moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Heikkinen.
Collins tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Heikkinen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Horrible takedown attempt by Heikkinen or perhaps it was just good defense by Collins, which made it look bad.
Heikkinen seems to have recovered his senses.
Collins Throws a clean left jab. Collins Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Heikkinen's chin! Heikkinen crumbles to the ground and Collins follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Collins!
