Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ilir Carnevore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Merdaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Carnevore uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Merdaka has time to react.

Merdaka is rocked!
Merdaka's coach down at Helsinki Fight Club was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Merdaka's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Carnevore throws a hook but Merdaka avoids it easily.
Merdaka fails to land with a series of punches.
Merdaka swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Carnevore appears to be looking for a big counter.
Merdaka throws out a loose jab but Carnevore uses good head movement to avoid it.
Merdaka takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Merdaka is still on wobbly legs! Can Carnevore finish him?
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Carnevore shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Merdaka takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Carnevore sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Merdaka bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
