And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Seu Braga and Edson Gomes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bravo drives through and clinches with Whittaker against the cage.
Bravo tries to score a body lock takedown but Whittaker shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Whittaker stalling in the clinch but Bravo improves position.
Whittaker displaying some good clinch control by pressing Bravo up against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Bravo.
Bravo digs a right hand underneath Whittaker's ribcage. Whittaker let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Bravo lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Whittaker missing with knees to the body.

Whittaker breaks from the clinch.
Whittaker throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
As Whittaker tries to get set, Bravo tries to push him back and clinch up but Whittaker manages to avoid the attempt.
Bravo blocks a head kick by Whittaker.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bravo closes the distance and pushes Whittaker back into the cage.
A short right from Bravo on the inside.
Bravo blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Whittaker breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bravo scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
A nice inside leg kick there by Whittaker. That's going to slow Bravo down.

Bravo lands a shoulder strike.
Bravo unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Whittaker! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Bravo is unloading with more strikes now! Whittaker drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

Johnny Bravo decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
