Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lesley Gill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heimdall Ragnarson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heimdall Ragnarson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ragnarson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gill's waist but Gill gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ragnarson off to one side.
Gill feinted with a counter takedown.

Ragnarson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Gill wants to take the fight to the mat but Ragnarson manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Ragnarson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Gill decides to stand up, so the ref orders Ragnarson to his feet.

Gill wanted to stand there but Ragnarson had control of the position.

Ragnarson is working an open guard so Gill takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Ragnarson tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Heimdall Ragnarson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Gill will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Gill decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Horrible takedown attempt by Gill or perhaps it was just good defense by Ragnarson, which made it look bad.

Ragnarson gets caught flat footed, as Gill shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Ragnarson manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Ragnarson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Gill fights it off and pushes away nicely.
No luck for Ragnarson with that takedown attempt.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ragnarson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gill tries to avoid it but Ragnarson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gill to the ground. Gill escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Ragnarson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Ragnarson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gill moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Gill half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Ragnarson instigates a clinch.
Ragnarson tries to stall but Gill uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Ragnarson is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Gill is looking for a takedown.

Ragnarson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

No luck for Gill with that takedown attempt.
Gill leaves Ragnarson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Gill tries to counter with a takedown but Ragnarson is quick to defend against it.

Ragnarson darts in and clinches Gill up against the cage.

Ragnarson breaks from the clinch.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Gill dodges the punch combination from Ragnarson.

Heimdall Ragnarson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
