Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyrone Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lanel John Melegrito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Lanel John Melegrito!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Melegrito.

Melegrito closes the distance and clinches.

Melegrito escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Black lands a lovely overhand right.

Melegrito clinches up against the cage.
Black wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Melegrito breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Black connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Black digs a good hook to Melegrito's body.
A jab from Black finds it's way through Melegrito's defenses.
Black could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Black changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Melegrito throws a hook to the side of Black's head but Black sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Black attempts a counter takedown but Melegrito avoids it well and moves away.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Melegrito rushes Black and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Melegrito breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Black takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Melegrito throws an off balance right hand
and Black counters with a left to the body.
Melegrito lands a big head kick that sends Black to the canvas! Melegrito follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
