Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Martti Molski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Pereira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Martti Molski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 15 - 1, fighting out of London, Brian Pereira!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Molski jabs Pereira to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Molski closes the distance looking to clinch

and Pereira counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Molski is looking to improve his position.
Molski has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Pereira trying to control the action but Molski is working from the bottom.

Pereira seems to be working for a kimura but Molski defends the submission attempt.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pereira got a little sloppy there for a moment and Molski has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pereira has managed to get both his arms back between Molski's legs - danger averted.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Molski is on top in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Molski is looking to sweep but instead, Pereira has passed into half guard.
Molski is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Pereira's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Pereira's back!

Pereira rolls, trying to escape but Molski keeps control of the position.

I really don't envy Pereira right now.
Molski lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Molski.

Molski scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Pereira is looking for a way out.
Pereira is trapped and Molski is scoring with shots to the head and body.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Molski is looking to chop away at Pereira's legs.
Molski misses with a double jab.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Pereira lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Molski has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Molski and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Molski cracks Pereira with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

and Pereira cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Molski is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Pereira can do to turn this around?
Molski comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Molski takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Pereira chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Molski can pounce on him.

Pereira tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Molski stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
That kick from Molski tenderised Pereira's leg. Pereira is trying to keep his angry face on.

Molski lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Molski tries to close the distance and clinch but Pereira swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Pereira connects with a body shot that sends Molski's belly button to the back.

Molski is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Molski misses with a head kick.
Molski throws a body punch but Pereira moves out of range.
Molski tries to clinch there but Pereira circles away.
Martti Molski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Molski misses the shot to the body.
Pereira misses with a looping right.
Molski slips under a jab.
Pereira fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Molski on the side of the head.
Pereira throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Molski moves into range and clinches up with Pereira.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Molski creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Pereira pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Molski is looking to wear down Pereira with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Molski tries to sprawl but Pereira drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Molski is looking for a sweep. Pereira is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Martti Molski overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Molski is working hard here to advance position.
Pereira seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Pereira stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Molski swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Molski wants to sweep here but Pereira controlling him for the moment.

Molski looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Pereira has picked Molski up and slammed him! Molski can't keep hold of the triangle and Pereira manages to pass to side control!

That was a close second round but I would say that Martti Molski will probably get the nod.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

A looping hook to the body misses from Molski. Pereira does a little dance to reset his feet.

Molski throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Pereira counters with a nice double leg into side control. Molski won't be happy with that.

A big shot lands for Pereira! That's hurt Molski! Will he recover? Pereira fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brian Pereira!
An out of breath Brian Pereira thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
