The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolf shoots in and drives through. Duran sprawls well.

Duran shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Duran showed some decent athleticism there.
Wolf wants to control but Duran is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Duran bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Duran has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Duran manages to pull guard.
Wolf wants to control from the top but Duran keeps moving.

Hank Duran overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Wolf looking to sit in guard and control but Duran gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

It looked like Duran wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Major Wolf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Duran shoots in and bounces Wolf off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Duran is sitting in close to Wolf's body. Wolf has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Duran is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Duran is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Wolf.
