The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dileo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Raunio stalks Dileo and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Dileo's face. Dileo staggers backwards, shaken.

Raunio lands a nice hook to Dileo's body. Dileo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Dileo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Dileo lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Dileo.

Raunio shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dileo's guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Dileo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

That was a close second round but I would say that Rauli Raunio will probably get the nod.

After the fight, Rauli Raunio was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
