Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Hope Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heavy Rain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hope Jr's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Dmx The Rain. Rain is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by For Heavy Metal we will die!. Heavy Rain will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hope Jr misses the jab.
Hope Jr takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Hope Jr throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hope Jr dives in and grabs Rain's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rain pushes down on Hope Jr's head and hops out.
Hope Jr misses with a hook.
Rain's coach down at Heavy Metal was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Rain's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Both fighters circling a little - Rain finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Hope Jr avoids a punch combination nicely.
A swing and a miss from Hope Jr.
Rain thinks about the counter body kick.
Rain rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hope Jr moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rain throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

It looks like Billy Hope Jr has been cut.
Rain dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Hope Jr is breathing heavily.

Rain lands a left and a right that send Hope Jr crashing to the mat, dazed. Rain thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hope Jr gets tackled into the cage by Rain. Rain maintains the clinch.
Rain lands a nice shot to the body.

Rain breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Rain closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Rain throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rain escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Hope Jr drops his hands momentarily and Rain needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Hope Jr just on the top of the head. Hope Jr drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Hope Jr - he's done!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Heavy Rain!
A less than humble Heavy Rain misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
