Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Srboljub Petrovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luis Montano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Petrovic shoots in and gets a takedown into Montano's guard.
Montano looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Petrovic uses his free foot to push down on Montano's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Montano.
Petrovic takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Montano is trying to defend against the choke here but Petrovic has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Petrovic Tightens the hold and Montano taps out furiously! Petrovic displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
