Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between AceKiLLah Senior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adrian Chad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Senior fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Chad fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Chad drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Chad looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Chad is looking to stand up but Senior won't let him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chad slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Chad prevents Senior from getting back to his feet.

Chad wants to control from the top but Senior keeps moving.
Senior on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Senior tries to get out of the position.
Senior is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Chad wants to pass the guard but Senior is keeping the position.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Senior is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Chad is controlling him.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Chad shoots in looking for a takedown but Senior manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Chad's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Chad takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Chad's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Senior tries to hold on but Chad pushes him away.
Senior holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Chad tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Chad throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Chad connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Chad lands with some strikes.
Chad trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Senior is trying to stand up.

Chad wants to finish this one by submission but Senior is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Chad.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Chad tries to control but Senior wriggling away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Adrian Chad dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Chad is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Senior lands a good knee to the midsection. Chad won't want to take too many of those.

Senior's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Chad shoots in looking for a takedown but Senior manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Chad's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
AceKiLLah Senior has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adrian Chad.
Chad misses with a combination
and Senior counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Chad avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chad takes a kick to the side of the head.
Chad tries to clinch there but Senior circles away.
Senior tried to counter with a leg kick but Chad avoided it.

Chad throws a chopping leg kick but Senior manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Chad shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Senior but Senior pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Senior closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Senior has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Chad avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Chad is looking to clinch.
A left and a right from Senior both land. Nice combination.
Chad tries to close the distance and clinch but Senior swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Senior tries to bum rush Chad with a series of wild strikes but Chad uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Chad shoots for a double leg takedown but Senior sprawls well. He's pushed Chad's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Chad throws a lazy head kick

and Senior counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Chad!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chad takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Chad is rocked!
Adrian Chad has got the better of the ground game so far.

Senior stands up and beckons Chad to his feet.
Chad finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Senior's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Chad falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
