Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gary Jordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lino Nunes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Jordan walks into a stiff left hand from Nunes.
Jordan throws a right and a left that both miss.
Jordan tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Nunes defends well and Jordan ends up having to push Nunes into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

And Nunes responds with a good body kick, but Jordan manages to step out the way in time.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jordan drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jordan jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Jordan stands up and waves to Nunes to follow him.
Nunes throws a hook but Jordan blocks it.
Nunes thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Jordan if he has to take too many more of those.

Lino Nunes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jordan takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Jordan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nunes sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jordan somewhat.
