Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matt Del Rio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Savage comes into a darkened arena with his song building. SaVaGe MoDe kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Matt Del Rio could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Antonio Savage's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savage takes a swing at Del Rio's ribcage but misses.
Del Rio connects with a nice looking jab.
Savage just misses with a punch to the body.
Del Rio tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Savage paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Del Rio showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Savage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Savage misses with a series of wild punches.

and Savage counters with a lovely straight right hand!

and Del Rio scores with a counter punch that sends Savage to the canvas! Del Rio smells blood - he's punishing Savage with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Savage has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Matt Del Rio decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
