Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Naya Shinoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heinrich Lange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Shinoki might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to wadiako. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lange throws a jab when Shinoki was well out of range.
Heinrich Lange seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lange's jab looks to have found its range, popping Shinoki under the eye.
Lange throws the left hand but Shinoki avoids the punch easily.
A telegraphed right hand from Lange misses the target.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Lange, right into the meat.
Lange looks to throw the jab but Shinoki is out of range.
Shinoki changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

and Shinoki counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Lange!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lange has one foot on Shinoki 's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Shinoki tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lange sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Shinoki somewhat.
Lange is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Shinoki with a body shot.
Shinoki darts in looking for a takedown but Lange gets double underhooks and turns Shinoki into the cage.
A solid leg kick lands there for Lange.
Lange slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Lange throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Shinoki sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Shinoki uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lange.

Lange wants to stand back up but Shinoki manages to pass into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Shinoki has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Lange makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Lange scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Shinoki doesn't seem bothered though.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Lange throws a jab when Shinoki was well out of range.
Lange's jab looks to have found its range, popping Shinoki under the eye.
Lange lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Shinoki 's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Shinoki has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Shinoki there as he acknowledges the shot.

Heinrich Lange seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Shinoki walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Shinoki limp body while Lange jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
