Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Sandra Marshall and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quincy lands a big uppercut and Daniels crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Daniels looks OK. Quincy waves Daniels back to his feet!
It looks like Rick Daniels has been cut.
Quincy gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Daniels to score an easy takedown into full guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Daniels is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Quincy can do anything to dispel that myth.
Daniels postures up in Quincy's guard and throws a big left but Quincy blocks it.

Quincy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Daniels. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Daniels's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Daniels has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Quincy throws a series of punches but Daniels avoids them all with ease.

Daniels shoots in but Quincy avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Quincy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Daniels manages to avoid it.
Daniels displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Quincy throws out the jab.
Daniels misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Quincy looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Quincy clobbers Daniels with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Daniels fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Quincy avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rick Daniels. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Quincy misses with the combination.
Daniels walks straight into a right hand from Quincy - that's dropped him! Quincy jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Daniels from any more punishment! Daniels complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Incy Quincy!
Incy Quincy bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
