Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Christian Rasmussen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Desmond Glass!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Steve Montenegro and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Glass forces Rasmussen back against the cage and clinches.
Glass scores a nice knee to the body.
Glass is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Rasmussen is defending well for now.
Glass lands a right hand that snaps the head of Rasmussen backwards.
Glass lands an uppercut.
Glass lands with a left to the head.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Rasmussen.
Glass throws a punch but it's blocked by Rasmussen.
Rasmussen goes for a takedown in the clinch but Glass prevents it.
Glass misses with a knee strike.
Glass with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Glass putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Rasmussen in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Glass swings wildly with an uppercut but Rasmussen uses good head movement to avoid it.
Stalling in the clinch from Rasmussen.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Glass.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rasmussen misses with a knee strike.
Glass is pushing Rasmussen up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Rasmussen stalling against the cage.
Glass with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Rasmussen blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Glass lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Glass tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Glass connects with a nasty looking knee right to Rasmussen's face.

Rasmussen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rasmussen throws a head kick that misses.
Glass pounces like a tiger and cracks Rasmussen with a vicious hook! Rasmussen is down but not out! Glass follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Desmond Glass!
After the fight, Desmond Glass was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
The defeated Christian Rasmussen had this to say: 'The manager wont be happy,i mite be getting the sack.'.
