Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chris Coath (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lance Legstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coath comes to the cage accompanied by For Heavy Metal we will die!. Legstrong has chosen Desmond Cheese - Polyfizzal Drizzal as his entrance music. Lance Legstrong will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

With a record of 21 - 16 - 0, fighting out of London, Lance Legstrong!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Legstrong misses with a body kick.
Some bone on bone action there as Legstrong checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Coath moves in looking to clinch but Legstrong pushes him off.
Legstrong throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Legstrong throws a hook but Coath avoids it easily.
Legstrong tries to land a front kick but Coath steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Coath walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Legstrong throws an overhand right that lands on Coath's shoulder, as Coath tries to avoid the shot.

Legstrong tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Coath is able to avoid easily.
Coath swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Coath feints and then cracks Legstrong's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Legstrong down.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Coath lands a really nice looking cross but Legstrong seems unphased.

A quick step to the side and Coath tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
We've been told by Coath's head coaches at Heavy Metal that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Coath swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Legstrong! But no joy.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Coath counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Legstrong throws a hook to the side of Coath's head but Coath sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Lance Legstrong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Coath moves forwards but Legstrong connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Coath throws a lazy right hand but Legstrong sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Legstrong fails to land the takedown.

and Coath counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Legstrong ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Coath moves away.

Legstrong gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Coath points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Legstrong wakes up just in time to hear Coath thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Chris Coath spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
