Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wade Garrett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baeddan MacAuliffe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacAuliffe has chosen Notorious by Duran Duran as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Garrett has closed the distance and engaged MacAuliffe in a clinch.
Garrett lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Garrett swings wildly with an uppercut but MacAuliffe uses good head movement to avoid it.

Garrett tries to stand but MacAuliffe is controlling from the bottom.

MacAuliffe is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Garrett defends well.

and MacAuliffe counters with a single leg into guard. Garrett didn't expect that.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Garrett has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. MacAuliffe has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

MacAuliffe looks up at the clock. Bad move! Garrett lands a right hand from hell, dropping MacAuliffe. Garrett pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
