Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Lancaster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Denilson Santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Pedro Lancaster has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Pedro Lancaster seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lancaster with a lazy takedown attempt
and Santana counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Santana jabs Lancaster right on the nose. Lancaster blinks but takes it well.

It looks like Pedro Lancaster has been cut.
A lazy left from Santana finds it's target.

Lancaster could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Santana wants to get back to his feet but Lancaster drags him back down.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Santana can do anything to dispel that myth.
Lancaster landing strikes.
Lancaster has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Santana is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Lancaster asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Lancaster has an Americana. Santana didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Lancaster is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Lancaster hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
