The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donald goes for a double leg but King avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as King continues to drive forward.

Donald rushes King and presses him up against the cage.
Donald can't get the takedown.

Donald has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics King uses from the top position.
Donald tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

King throws a series of punches but Donald avoids them all with ease.
Donald appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Donald is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Donald seems keen to control King's posture.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Donald is on top in guard.

Donald gets to his feet. King looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

King is trying to break the clinch but Donald is controlling him.

Donald jumps guard but King stands there with Donald around his waist. Donald gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Donald tries to land knees in the clinch but King avoids the damage to the body.

Donald jumps guard and drags King to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Donald pulls King in to control the position.

Donald is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! King has his hands clasped together but Donald extends and breaks King's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Donald.
