The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson misses the jab.

Thompson throws out a loose jab but Henderson uses good head movement to avoid it.

Henderson clinches up with Thompson and pushes him back against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Henderson lands a left and a right that send Thompson crashing to the mat, dazed. Henderson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Klay Thompson has been cut.
Henderson finds Thompson's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Thompson flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Henderson lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Thompson will be OK.
