Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Roscoe Rios (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bad Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boy has chosen Invincible as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boy dives in and scores a takedown into Rios's guard.
Boy throwing strikes from guard but Rios blocks nicely.
Rios might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Boy trying to control but Rios is working from the bottom.
Boy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Boy looking to sit in guard and control but Rios gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Boy keeps trying to improve his position.
Boy has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Boy is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boy is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Rios tries to get to full guard but Boy has control of the leg.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rios keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Boy lands a nice short elbow.
Rios is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Boy scores with a couple of nice shots.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Boy prevents Rios from improving his position.

Boy seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Rios is rocked!
Boy looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rios with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Oh Rios is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Boy scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Boy lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Rios quite badly. Rios pulls Boy in close trying to recover. Boy postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Rios on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Rios doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bad Boy!
An out of breath Bad Boy thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
