Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Christian Derksen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bastien Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harris has chosen Du Hast as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Derksen bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Derksen is looking to counter with head kicks.

Harris closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Derksen tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Harris lands a good knee to the midsection. Derksen won't want to take too many of those.

Derksen throws an elbow that misses.
Derksen tries to land knees in the clinch but Harris avoids the damage to the body.

We've been hearing reports that Derksen has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Harris throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Derksen blocks it with crossed arms.

Derksen has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Christian Derksen has been cut.
Harris rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Derksen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Derksen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Harris looks to land a combination but Derksen avoids it well.

Harris has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Harris there as he acknowledges the shot.

And Derksen counters with a quick kick to the body but Harris blocks it.

Harris is still on wobbly legs! Can Derksen finish him?
Derksen lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Harris throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Derksen counters with a huge left! Harris is in big trouble! He's backing up but Derksen isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Harris from any more damage. A dominating finish by Derksen!

Jumping up and down and very excited, Christian Derksen waved his t-shirt featuring M.O. Fight Wear's logo in front of the cameras.
