Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Con Fidence (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dirk Lange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fidence misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lange.
Fidence takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
A solid leg kick lands there for Fidence.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Fidence lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lange has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lange and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Fidence has his foot on Lange's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lange works his way back into a safe position though.

Lange got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fidence has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lange has managed to get both his arms back between Fidence's legs - danger averted.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The fighters circle momentarily. Fidence darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Lange takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Lange takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Lange is still on wobbly legs! Can Fidence finish him?

Fidence bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Lange! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Fidence loads up on a big left hand. Lange felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Fidence looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Lange can't hide his disappointment, as Fidence celebrates the victory.
