The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magnavox throws a hook but Ambrose avoids it easily.

We've been informed that Ambrose has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

A quick step to the side and Magnavox tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Oswaldorf Magnavox seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ambrose rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Magnavox counters with a stiff right hand.

Magnavox throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

and Ambrose counters with a slapping leg kick.
Magnavox lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Magnavox cracks Ambrose with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Good leg kick by Ambrose there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Magnavox scores with a crisp jab that stopped Ambrose in his tracks.

Ambrose throws a low kick, looking for Magnavox's leg but Magnavox calmly moves out of range.

A close round but Curtly Ambrose will probably get the nod.

Magnavox misses the shot to the body.
Magnavox on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Magnavox loads up on a big right hand but Ambrose slips the punch.
Magnavox seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Magnavox is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Magnavox will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ambrose only half commits to the counter leg kick.

Magnavox steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ambrose.
Ambrose drops Magnavox with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Magnavox looks back up at him and smiles so Ambrose waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Magnavox is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ambrose walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Magnavox drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Ambrose swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Magnavox's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Curtly Ambrose!
After winning the bout, Curtly Ambrose thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
