Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Short Low (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Albert Fish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Low comes to the cage accompanied by Short People. Albert Fish will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Low looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Fish misses with a low kick as Low jumps back.
Low takes one on the button.

Fish drives through and clinches with Low against the cage.
Low trying to control the position but instead, Fish has worked for underhooks and has pushed Low into the cage.

Fish breaks from the clinch.

Fish forces Low back against the cage and clinches.
Low gets through Fish's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Low lands a nice uppercut.
Fish tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Low avoids it.
Fish blocks a body shot from Low.

Fish wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Fish fails to land.

Fish's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Low moves out of range as Fish strikes.
Low is looking to counter punch.
Fish throws a jab when Low was well out of range.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Fish! But no joy.
Fish steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Low.
Fish lands a leg kick that knocks Low off balance momentarily.

Fish dives in and grabs Low's left leg, looking for a takedown. Low pushes down on Fish's head and hops out.
Low fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Fish gets caught napping as Low dives in and scores a takedown. Fish manages to retain guard.

Fish is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Low is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Fish can do to turn this around?

Low working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Fish is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Low's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Low's back!

Fish is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Low defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Short Low overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Fish is trying to stick to Low's back but Low is turning into Fish. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Fish's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Low.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Low stands up over Fish, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Low won't allow Fish to sweep him here.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Low takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Low stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Fish ducks under a wild hook from Low.
And Fish tries to counter it with a takedown but Low pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Low pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Low takes a swing at Fish's ribcage but misses.

and Fish counters with an inside leg kick.
Low throws a hook to the side of Fish's head but Fish sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Fish throws out a counter right but Low avoids it with no problem.

Fish has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Fish there as he acknowledges the shot.
Low takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Fish moves out of range as Low strikes.
Albert Fish seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Low tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Fish paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Low lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Low misses with a wild body shot.
Low throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Low throws a right and a left that Fish avoids nicely.
Fish cracks Low with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fish walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Low checks a leg kick.
Fish tries to work over Low's front leg with a kick but Low checks it.
Low throws a shot from downtown. Fish moves away and avoids it.
Fish slips a straight right by Low.
Fish feints the counter takedown.
Fish stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Fish thuds his right hand into Low's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Low doesn't manage to clinch there - Fish circles away.

Low stuns Fish with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Fish looks for a takedown but Low sprawls well.
Short Low is winning the standup battle so far.
Fish steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Low.
Fish throws out a counter right but Low avoids it with no problem.
Fish throws a series of punches but Low avoids them all with ease.
Albert Fish has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Low lands a jab to Fish's midsection.
Fish misses with a hook
and Low connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Low will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
And Fish tries to counter it with a takedown but Low pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Short Low is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Short Low showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Low, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Short Low decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
