Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iwan Matwijenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Sebastien Veron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matwijenko's entrance music is RANDORI!. A fine choice. Veron has chosen The Who - Won't Get Fooled Again as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matwijenko lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Juan Sebastien Veron has been cut.

Veron feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Matwijenkos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Some bone on bone action there as Veron checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Matwijenko ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Veron moves away.
Matwijenko looks to score with a jab to the body but Veron is just out of range.
Matwijenko takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Veron is stalking Matwijenko. Matwijenko circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Veron, and it's lights out! Matwijenko really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
