Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mason Capwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goran Schwarzeneg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goran Schwarzeneg has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 41 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mason Capwell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 89 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Goran Schwarzeneg!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Robert Douchet and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Capwell shoots in and bounces Schwarzeneg off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Capwell forces his way into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Schwarzeneg wants to control but Capwell is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Schwarzeneg felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Capwell seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Schwarzeneg is holding on tight.

Schwarzeneg is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Capwell off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Capwell, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
