Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Judson Rocha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Frey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

And Frey tries to counter it with a takedown but Rocha pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Rocha tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rocha has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Rocha throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Frey was covering up waiting for the punch and Rocha finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Rocha lands a couple of elbows.

Rocha gets to his feet - Frey follows without any prompting.

No joy there for Rocha, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Rocha has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Rocha there as he acknowledges the shot.

Frey takes the fight into the clinch.

Frey is working for takedown but Rocha is calmly controlling the position for now.

Frey's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Rocha escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Frey gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Frey is looking to take a break and control but Rocha is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Frey looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rocha with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Frey is stalling here. Rocha is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Frey seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Rocha has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Rocha lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Frey down.

Rocha looking to break Frey's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Frey remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Rocha will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Rocha has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Frey got a little sloppy there for a moment and Rocha has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Frey has managed to get both his arms back between Rocha's legs - danger averted.
