Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De throws a head kick that misses.
De lands a head kick!
De displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gracie.
De throws a quick inside leg kick.
Gracie walks forward, straight into a front kick from De.
De lets loose with a powerful body kick. Gracie will feel that in the morning.
Gracie throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
De lands a nice shot that snaps Gracie's head back.

De feinted with a counter takedown.
Helio Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

De dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gracie. That did some damage!

De appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.

Donsone De has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Helio Gracie.
De throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Gracie on the side of the head.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown but De shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
As Gracie looks to move away, De throws a big counter combo but Gracie just gets out of the way.

De gets caught napping as Gracie dives in and scores a takedown. De manages to retain guard.
De bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Gracie's guard.

Gracie is looking to stand up but De isn't so interested in that idea.

Gracie is looking for a triangle but De pushes his legs off easily.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Gracie is breathing heavily.

Gracie has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from De.
De lands a head kick. Gracie smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Gracie sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

and Gracie takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
De lands a leg kick that knocks Gracie off balance momentarily.

Gracie has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from De.

De feints and then cracks Gracie's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gracie down.

De moves into range and clinches up with Gracie.

De turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and De manages to end up in side control.
De lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Gracie down.

Gracie gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
De lands a big shot there that rocks Gracie but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
De postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Gracie looks a forlorn figure.
De pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Gracie wants to try and get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gracie is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
De landing strikes from the mount.
Gracie is still in real trouble! Can De finish him?
De drops a big elbow. That's hurt Gracie! More shots from De and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
