Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Remy Bon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Shephard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shephard has chosen You All Everybody as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jack Shephard was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 20 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Shephard!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Glass and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shephard throws an off balance right hand
and Bon counters with a left and a right that stings Shephard.
Bon staying out of range there.
Bon feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Shephard avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
A leg kick checked by Shephard.
Bon blocks a head kick by Shephard.
Bon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Shephard moves away.
Nice body kick there by Bon.
Shephard moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Bon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Shephard gets a double leg takedown into Bon's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Shephard drops back looking for a leg! Bon is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bon manages to kick Shephard off! Shephard jumps back into Bon's guard.
Bon wants to stand up but Shephard is controlling him.

Bon can't keep his opponent in guard - Shephard advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Bon pushes Shephard off and gets back to his feet.
Bon throws an off balance right hand
enabling Shephard to counter with a crisp jab.
Shephard throws a jab but it's blocked by Bon.
Bon throws a big counter combination but Shephard scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Shephard forces Bon back against the cage and clinches.
A head punch on the inside from Shephard fails to land.
Shephard lands a right hand that snaps the head of Bon backwards.

Bon manages to break the clinch.
Bon checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Remy Bon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Shephard avoids the body shot from Bon.
Bon throws an overhand right that lands on Shephard's shoulder, as Shephard tries to avoid the shot.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Shephard thows a leg kick but Bon checks it
letting Bon counter with a right hand.

It looks like Jack Shephard has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Shephard misses with a double jab.
Shephard jabs Bon right on the nose. Bon blinks but takes it well.
Bon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Shephard throws out a counter right but Bon avoids it with no problem.

Shephard throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bon was covering up waiting for the punch and Shephard finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Bon is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Shephard is controlling him.
Shephard trying to control the position from guard on top but Bon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Shephard stops Bon from standing up.
Shephard forces his way into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Shephard is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Bon!

Shephard has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Bon is forced to tap!
