Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anibal Dennis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominique Tiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dominique Tiago has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Steve Erwin and Darius Henderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiago closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Dennis did well to prevent Tiago getting side control.
Tiago is thwarting Dennis's attempts to control the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tiago has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dennis is pushing Tiago's head away, looking to escape. Tiago manages to hold on to the position though.
Dennis wants to control but Tiago postures up.

Tiago decides to stand up, so the ref orders Dennis to his feet.
Tiago looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Tiago thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Tiago perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Tiago tries to pass to full mount but Dennis defends it.

Dennis is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Tiago pulls his head out easily.
Tiago throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Dennis is looking to control Tiago's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dennis avoid being mounted?
Tiago keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
It looks like Tiago might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Tiago is working for a kimura but Dennis is defending it quite comfortably.
Tiago takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Tiago stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Dennis to get to his feet.
Tiago fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dennis sprawls well initially but Tiago persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Tiago takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Tiago is looking to advance position but Dennis won't allow it.
Dennis is trying to control but can't.
Tiago not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Tiago content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Tiago has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Dennis stops Tiago from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
Tiago controlling the pace for now.
Tiago avoids the attempt from Dennis to control.
Dennis regains half guard.
Dennis preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Dennis manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Tiago keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dominique Tiago dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
Tiago throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Dennis counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Dennis with a poor takedown
and Tiago moves into the clinch.
Dennis jumps guard but Tiago turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Dennis is trying to pull guard but Tiago has him pressed against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anibal Dennis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tiago lands a hook to the side of the head.
Dennis jumps guard but Tiago stands there with Dennis around his waist. Dennis gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Tiago is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Dennis can't fight it off and eventually Tiago manages to take the fight to the floor. Dennis looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Tiago has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Dennis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tiago lands a left and a right that send Dennis crashing to the mat, dazed. Tiago thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Dennis is rocked!
It looks like Anibal Dennis has been cut.
Tiago ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Dennis out cold! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dominique Tiago!
