Hell has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Hell throws a shot to the body.

Persecutioned quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Persecutioned lands a nice shot that snaps Hell's head back.
Raise Hell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

A little feinted left hand from Persecutioned on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

and Persecutioned counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hell thinking.
A telegraphed right hand from Hell misses the target.
Persecutioned shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Hell eats them both and turns towards Persecutioned to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Persecutioned fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hell on the side of the head.
Hell closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Persecutioned quickly recovers to half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Hell looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Persecutioned with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Hell seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Hell has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Persecutioned's face.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Persecutioned is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Persecutioned looks out of his depth in this position - he's holding on tight.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Raise Hell decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
