Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Khabib Fedor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavior Reo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Khabib Fedor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Xavior Reo!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Peter Branson and David Hoff.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fedor shoots in but no luck this time.
Reo changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Reo gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Fedor pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Reo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Fedor dives in and grabs Reo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Reo pushes down on Fedor's head and hops out.
Reo keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Fedor shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Khabib Fedor. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fedor.
Reo changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Fedor tries to score a power double leg takedown but Reo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fedor somewhat.
Reo feints the counter takedown.
Reo tries to close the distance and clinch but Fedor swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Reo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fedor tries to avoid it but Reo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fedor to the ground. Fedor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Reo closes the distance and clinches up with Fedor, looking for a takedown. Reo pushes Fedor against the cage but Fedor circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Reo moves in looking to clinch but Fedor pushes him off.
Fedor drops down looking for a counter takedown but Reo sprawls and moves away.

Fedor moves into the clinch.
Fedor is trying to push Reo away but Reo has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Fedor has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Reo uses from the top position.

Reo is fighting to break Fedor's control of his arms but Fedor is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Reo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Reo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Fedor looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Reo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Reo has gone for a leg lock! Fedor slips out almost immediately though and dives into Reo's guard.

Fedor slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Fedor gets to his feet. Reo looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Fedor drives through and clinches with Reo against the cage.
Fedor is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Reo pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Khabib Fedor dominated that second round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!



Fedor closes the distance and clinches.

Fedor ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Fedor no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Reo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Fedor is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Reo, into his guard.

Fedor stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Reo swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fedor's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Fedor seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Reo for as long as he can get away with.

Fedor wanted to stand there but Reo had control of the position.

Fedor decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Fedor fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Reo, pushing him back against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Fedor's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Reo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fedor walks away with a smile on his face. Reo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Khabib Fedor is winning the standup battle so far.

Fedor closes the distance and clinches.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Fedor manages to pull guard.

Reo drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Reo as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Fedor screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Reo! Nice submission victory there!
