The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Vermeer.

Crespo gets tackled into the ropes by Vermeer. Vermeer maintains the clinch.
Crespo takes a knee to the side of the body.
Crespo looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Crespo wants to stall.

Crespo pulls Vermeer into guard.

Vermeer is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Crespo has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Vermeer is looking to defend but Crespo has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Vermeer! Crespo pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Vermeer taps out and this one is all over!
