The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot by Richards.
Richards throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Richards has managed to clinch.
Richards tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Kilgore's elbow.
Richards tries to work over Kilgore's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Richards definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Richards lands with a short punch from the clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Richards fails to land.
Richards lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Kilgore.
Richards tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Richards lands with an uppercut that bounces Kilgore off the cage and back into range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Richards thuds a left hand into Kilgore's body.

Kilgore gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Richards.
Kilgore moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Richards with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Richards lands a big uppercut and Kilgore crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Kilgore looks OK. Richards waves Kilgore back to his feet!
Kilgore is rocked!
Richards throws a pinpoint strike between Kilgore's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Kilgore crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Richards scores a great knockout victory!
