Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, George Kambosos Jr!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Colin Fotheringham and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burton tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kambosos Jr sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Burton somewhat.

and Burton counters by moving into the clinch.
Burton will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Kambosos Jr up against the cage.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Burton connects with a nice short shot to Kambosos Jr's temple.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Burton, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
