The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Ashley back to the cage. Jones follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Guillermo Ashley has been cut.

and Ashley counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Ashley has Jones pressed against the cage, preventing Jones from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Ashley tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Jones avoids it.
Jones is trying to break free.
Jones has had enough of the clinch but Ashley keeps him there for the moment.

The fighters circle, before Jones throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Ashley's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Jones lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
