Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ludo Van Veen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tod Truck!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Truck misses the target.
Van Veen throws out a powerful jab.
It looks like Tod Truck has been cut.
Truck just misses with a punch to the body.
Van Veen quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Van Veen blocks the body kick.
It looked like Van Veen wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Truck's coach down at Arvins Bootcamp was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Truck's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Truck rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Van Veen counters with a crisp right hand that drops Truck! Van Veen lets Truck back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Truck is rocked!
Truck thows a leg kick but Van Veen checks it
and Van Veen counters with a solid body kick.
Truck is still on wobbly legs! Can Van Veen finish him?
Truck looks winded!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
BAM! Van Veen delivers a spinning backfist that drops Truck like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
