Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Butch Carson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Professor Jaxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Butch Carson has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Butch Carson seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Professor Jaxx!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jaxx.
Professor Jaxx seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jaxx lands a nice looking body shot.
Carson circles away from the clinch attempt.
As Jaxx looks to move away, Carson throws a big counter combo but Jaxx just gets out of the way.
Carson ducks under a wild hook from Jaxx.
Carson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jaxx was well out of range. Poor timing from Carson.
Carson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Jaxx tries to clinch but Carson is having none of it.
Jaxx gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Carson.

It looks like Professor Jaxx has been cut.
Jaxx throws a hook but Carson blocks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jaxx thuds a left hand into Carson's body.

Carson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
No joy there for Carson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jaxx throws out a counter right but Carson avoids it with no problem.

and Carson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Jaxx thinking.
Jaxx throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
It looked like Carson wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Jaxx looks to land a right hand but Carson moved out of range.
Carson seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Jaxx ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Carson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jaxx works the jab nicely.

Jaxx misses with a looping left.
Nice defenses there by Carson.
Jaxx throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Carson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jaxx smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jaxx feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Carsons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Carson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Jaxx throws a lazy uppercut
and Carson counters with a stiff right hand.
Jaxx waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Carson.
Jaxx keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Carson paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Carson drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Jaxx right on the button. Jaxx goes down! Carson follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Carson gets the win via TKO!
