PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jacques Durand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cornelius Stinkhammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Durand comes into the arena with Kaaris - S.E.V.R.A.N. blaring out of the sound system. Stinkhammer has chosen Ghost - Square Hammer as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stinkhammer walks into a straight right hand from Durand.
Durand tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Durand lands a right hook to the body.
Durand changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Durand looks low and kicks high, catching Stinkhammer right on the side of the head, sending him crashing to the canvas! Will he be able to beat the count? 3,4,5 - he's already back to his feet and ready to go! Let's see if he's still with it!

It looks like Cornelius Stinkhammer has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stinkhammer fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Durand lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Stinkhammer swinging wildly here.

Durand lands a front kick to the face, that drops Stinkhammer to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight!

Stinkhammer is rocked!

Durand darts in and clinches Stinkhammer up against the ropes.
Durand avoiding damage.
Durand is holding Stinkhammer round the back of the neck and unloading with elbows! Boom, boom, boom! 3 big elbows land right to the bridge of the nose and Stinkhammer goes down! Oh, his nose is a mess! I'm not sure he's going to beat the count... 4,5,6,7,8,9,10. He's done! Durand takes it and Stinkhammer is going to the hospital to get that nose checked out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Elbows). Jacques Durand!
A very excited looking Jacques Durand rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
Cornelius Stinkhammer spoke after the fight, saying 'that man over there hit me in the head'.
