Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Willard Henry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sylas Worton!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Worton fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Henry is looking to counter punch.
Worton throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Henry's waist but Henry gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Worton off to one side.
Worton tries to clinch but Henry moves out of range.
Henry is looking for a counter combo.
Worton shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Henry but Henry pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Willard Henry has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sylas Worton.

Worton tries to close the distance and clinch but Henry swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Worton shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Henry as he jumps to the side.
Henry throws a counter high kick but Worton was just alert enough to avoid it.
Worton tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Henry defends well and Worton ends up having to push Henry into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Henry appears to be looking for a big counter.
Worton fails to land the takedown.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Worton tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Henry defends well and Worton ends up having to push Henry into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
As Worton tries to get set, Henry tries to push him back and clinch up but Worton manages to avoid the attempt.

and Henry counters with a straight right hand.

Henry went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Worton shoots in for a takedown but Henry shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Henry throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Henry closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Worton quickly recovers to half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Worton is working for takedown but Henry is calmly controlling the position for now.
Henry tries to score a body lock takedown but Worton shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Henry avoids a wild elbow strike from Worton.

Henry gets control of Worton's arms and successfully pulls guard. Henry will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
