Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Iko Morrowind (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morrowind comes to the cage accompanied by The Foggy Dew. Hunter has chosen Cyprus Hill - Hits From the Bong as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

40 - 30 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jay Hunter!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrowind swings for the body but Hunter moves out of range.
Morrowind looks to score with a jab to the body but Hunter is just out of range.
Morrowind misses with a hook
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Morrowind misses the shot to the body.
Morrowind throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hunter.
Hunter misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Morrowind connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Morrowind just misses with a punch to the body.
Morrowind misses with a right hand
and Morrowind takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Hunter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Morrowind misses with a double jab
and Hunter makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Morrowind really felt that one!
Hunter throws a lazy head kick
and Morrowind counters with a three punch combo that has Hunter backing up. Hunter nods at Morrowind to acknowledge the strikes.
Hunter throws a head kick but Morrowind moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hunter throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Morrowind swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Hunter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Morrowind is looking to wear down Hunter with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
No joy there for Morrowind, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hunter is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Hunter uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Morrowind.
Hunter lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Morrowind looks to throw the jab but Hunter is out of range.
Morrowind misses with a hook.
Morrowind getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Hunter lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Hunter throws a lazy body kick
and Morrowind counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Jay Hunter has been cut.
A big right from Morrowind misses.
Morrowind drops Hunter with a beautiful combination! Hunter stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Morrowind is looking for the KO!
Hunter is rocked!
Morrowind looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hunter avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hunter is still on wobbly legs! Can Morrowind finish him?

Hunter walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Morrowind swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

A relieved looking Iko Morrowind thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
