Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 wins, 5 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of New York, David Cain!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cain takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Karlsson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Karlsson has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Cain.
Karlsson has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Tayne's 4d3d3d3 Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Karlsson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

It looks like Kalle Karlsson has been cut.
A slow jab from Karlsson misses its intended target.
Karlsson tries to clinch but Cain is having none of it.
As Karlsson backs off Cain throws a huge counter combo but Karlsson manages to avoid it all.
Karlsson throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Cain counters with a straight right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Karlsson throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Cain connects with a crisp jab.

Karlsson rushes Cain and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Karlsson tries a body shot but Cain blocks it.
Karlsson stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Cain escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Cain has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Cain looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Karlsson ducks under a wild hook from Cain.
Karlsson takes one to the side of the head.
Karlsson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Cain scores with a push kick.
Karlsson gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Cain gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). David Cain!
