Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Olaf Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 43 - 20 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Olaf Frost!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, The Beast!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beast tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Frost counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A nice combination there by Beast.
Beast uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Frost.
Beast lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Beast shoots in and drives through. Frost sprawls well.
Frost swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Beast misses with a body shot
and Frost counters with a nice uppercut.
Frost throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Beast sees it coming and avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Beast wants to clinch.
Beast has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Beast there as he acknowledges the shot.
The Beast seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Beast fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Frost, pushing him back against the cage.
Frost controlling the action here for a moment.
Beast goes for a takedown attempt but Frost pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Beast is defended easily by Frost.
Olaf Frost has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Beast.
Beast throws a sloppy head kick
and Frost counters with a straight right hand.
Frost tries to clinch up but Beast circles away and keeps his distance.
As Frost backs off Beast throws a huge counter combo but Frost manages to avoid it all.

Beast feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Beast looking to sit in guard and control but Frost gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Frost has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Frost gets to his feet - Beast follows without any prompting.
Beast has his takedown stuffed
and Frost counters with a stiff right hand.
Frost tries a head kick but it misses.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Frost swings widly with a right hand
and Beast counters with a one-two to the body.
Frost takes a swing at Beast's ribcage but misses.
Beast takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
A bone on bone clash there as Beast blocks the leg kick.

Beast clinches up with Frost and pushes him back against the cage.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Come on Frost - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Beast is trying to pull guard but Frost has him pressed against the cage.
Beast jumps guard but Frost turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Beast manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Beast throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Beast can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Frost controls the pace.

Beast is working an open guard so Frost takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Beast shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Frost pinned against the cage. Frost gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Beast just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromFrost.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Frost gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Frost scores a nice knee to the body.
Beast looks winded!

Beast lands a takedown into guard.
Frost looking to hit a scissor sweep but Beast is one step ahead there.

Beast gets to his feet - Frost follows without any prompting.

Frost clinches up with Beast and pushes him back against the cage.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Frost.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Olaf Frost dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!


A shot to the liver by Frost. Beautiful body shot.
Beast misses with a takedown
letting Frost counter with a right hand.
Frost ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Beast moves away.
Frost throws a nice head kick!
Beast fails with the takedown
letting Frost counter with a right hand.
The Beast is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Frost throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frost throws a head kick that misses.
Beast tries to counter with a clinch but Frost shakes him off and moves away.
Frost misses with a low kick.
Beast is breathing heavily.
Frost connects with a high kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Beast tries to clinch but Frost moves out of range.
Beast throws a sloppy head kick and Frost moves out of range easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Frost. Beast does a little dance to reset his feet.
Beast drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.


Beast is rocked!

Beast rushes Frost and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Beast is still on wobbly legs! Can Frost finish him?
Frost stalling.
Frost lands a left hand that snaps the head of Beast backwards.
Frost creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Beast's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Beast drops to his knees and Frost pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Olaf Frost!
