The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rush avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Brown throws a body shot but no joy.
Rush digs a good hook to Brown's body.
Rush blocks a head kick by Brown.
Brown throws a right hand that Rush ducks under and follows up with a left that Rush also avoids with ease.
Rush will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Brown fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Brown drops Rush with a beautiful combination! Rush stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Brown is looking for the KO!

It looks like Kevin Rush has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Brown lands with a nice body punch.
A low kick from Brown is predictable there

and Rush counters by moving into the clinch.

Brown breaks the clinch.
Rush takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Rush looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Rush is breathing heavily.
Brown lands with an uppercut that bounces Rush off the cage and back into range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown connects with a superb combination that knocks Rush out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Brown before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Rush!
