Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Castro De Mello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and JW McNee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Mello throws a series of strikes that have McNee backpedaling.
De Mello uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before McNee has time to react.
Good exchange - De Mello coming out on top.
McNee tries to move into range but De Mello moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
McNee misses with a takedown
and De Mello counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
McNee tries for a takedown but De Mello circles away easily
and De Mello cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

McNee falls off balance throwing a combination
and De Mello connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

McNee shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

McNee moves into the clinch successfully.

De Mello wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

McNee is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. De Mello can't fight it off and eventually McNee manages to take the fight to the floor. De Mello looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

De Mello has left one of his arms exposed and McNee doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. De Mello screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
