Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Pinaglabanan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shovel Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knight comes into a darkened arena with his song building. X Gon' Give It To Ya kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Knight connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Pinaglabanan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

We've been told by Pinaglabanan's head coaches at Vendetta Alliance London Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Pinaglabanan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Knight but Knight pushes him off and we're back to square one.

This has been an exciting period of action!

and Knight connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Knight cracks Pinaglabanan with a right hand to the side of the head.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Pinaglabanan.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Knight fakes the leg kick and cracks Pinaglabanan in the body.

Shovel Knight comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Knight winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
